A Wardell woman is wanted after Ballina Local Court ordered warrants to be issued over seven unresolved charges.

Tamika Jayne Glass, 30, had two separate cases before the court on September 10.

Court records show the paperwork requiring Glass to attend court had not been formally served and no pleas were recorded.

The records do not state why the paperwork had not been served.

Ballina woman wanted over seven charges

In the first case, Glass faces four charges.

She is accused of breaching an apprehended violence order, damaging property, using a vehicle to menace another person and driving while disqualified.

A second case involves three further charges.

Glass is accused of damaging property valued at $2000 or less, stalking or intimidating a person in a domestic violence matter and breaching an apprehended violence order.

Two more driving charges

Glass also has a separate case due before Ballina Local Court on September 17.

She faces two further charges — driving while disqualified and driving with an illicit drug present in her blood.

Those matters have not yet been determined.

Interim AVO also before court

A separate police application for an apprehended domestic violence order involving Glass is also before Ballina Local Court.

An interim order was made in August for the protection of another person.

Glass was not in court when the interim order was made, with court records showing the application paperwork had not been served on her at that stage.

The interim order contains conditions prohibiting Glass from assaulting or threatening the protected person, stalking, harassing or intimidating them, or intentionally or recklessly damaging their property or harming an animal belonging to them.

The AVO matter is due to return to Ballina Local Court on September 24.

Anyone with information about Glass’s whereabouts is urged to contact their local police station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
